the "cities of my dreams" collection

 

nearing the end of 2019, i worked intensively on a project that started as a collection for stoneman douglas high school's msd featured and then became so much more to me. these drawings in particular are a rendition of places i have seen repeatedly in my dreams, with a focus on the circular "vnexxa" building that has become a signature in these pieces. the drawings are all made with black gel pens and black micron pens on regular sketchbook paper. they have been edited for brighter contrast when scanned.
